COVID-19 Safety Restrictions

We have implemented safety restrictions throughout your stay to ensure a safe and comfortable visit. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our safety restrictions we have put in place and contact us if you have any queries.

 

Track and Trace

Upon arrival we ask you to complete the NHS Track and Trace. You can either use the NHS app and scan our QR code to be registered or you may complete our paper from. These are available at reception to complete before entering the hotel. The paper forms will be kept for 3 weeks and then safely disposed.

Hand Sanitiser and Face Masks

Hand sanitiser must be used upon arrival and throughout your visit. There are numerous areas where hand sanitiser is provided for guests to use or you may use your own. Face masks are also to be worn throughout the whole hotel in public areas unless you are seated at a table to eat and drink or up in your room. Staff will also be expected to wear face masks and use hand sanitiser regularly.

Temperature Checks

Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. This is to ensure your body is at a safe temperature and therefore there is no risk to others.

Table Reservations        

Prior or upon arrival the reception team will ask you for your preferred time to eat in the hotel restaurant and also a time for breakfast. We offer a takeaway breakfast service or a sit-down meal. There are time slots to ensure safe social distancing and there will be limited number of spaces per time slot.

Breakfast is served from 6.30am – 10am Monday to Friday and 7am – 10am Saturday and Sunday, the last time slot for a seated breakfast is 10am.

Dinner service is 6pm – 9pm, the last slot for dining is 8.30pm.

10pm Curfew

The bar will be closed from 10pm for food and beverages, last orders for food is 8.30pm and last orders for any beverage is 9.45pm. You may purchase beverages to take up to your room with you.

Social Distancing

Please abide by social distancing measures when walking through the hotel. The reception and bar area are floor marked with social distanced spots, our lounge and restaurant have socially distanced tables and sofas areas.

Table Service

All service will be at your table with payments to be taken at the bar. Menus are in plastic wallets which are sterilised after each use and tables are wiped down immediately after use.

Housekeeping Service

If you are staying for longer than one night with us, housekeeping will not enter your room until check out.  If you require fresh towels, beverage items or bathroom necessities please let reception know and they can be brought to your room.

All of our team will be abiding by these rules. Face masks will be worn at all times, hand sanitiser will be frequently used alongside regular handwashing.
